‘Wait…You actually ‘ave…’ He trailed off, furrowing his eyebrows. ‘You’ve got to be kiddin’ me…!’

“Right I think we should probably stop the information flow for a while since it’s clearly a bit too much for you and I’d prefer you walking next to me and not me dragging you passed out body to my flat. So. Calming tea? Sound good?”

‘Not that old then.’ He was so confused- She had survived! He had another gallifreyan, he couldn’t believe it. Anything was possible, he guessed now. Everything he thought was impossible was..possible. ‘I don’t.. H-hence the question. Ahm…No you dont. Impossible.’

She laughed softly. Adorable. Definitely. “Actually it’s even near by. In my flat. If you want to see it you can come with me. And maybe I could make you a tea. Something… calming?”

He caught himself quickly, before meeting the ground, and sat; he needed to breath. ‘How old are you..’ Surely if she was a time lady, she had a tardis? How could she have grown one, on earth? ‘Tardis? Wheres  your tardis?’

“Well you’re lucky you’re charming otherwise I would tell you now that you never ask a Lady this question so bluntly” She raised an eyebrow and smirked, again hoping to break the tension a bit more. “I’m 45.” The blonde woman’s expression now got curious again. “How do you even know I have one?”

‘N-no, I get it.’ He stood, running a trembling hand through his already mussed hair. How did she even survive? To be this age- Himself wasn’t hadn’t even been human for a year, and aliens had found him. The power she holds! He didn’t know how to handle this, she looked so mature, how was she? He looked at her once more, before going slightly cross-eyed, and falling forward, his hand still in his pocket, and the other at his neck.

She eyed his actions curiously. The Time Lady could tell from his eyes that he must be very old. There wasn’t much she knew about him but if he fought in the War and even ended it he must have been through so much that he was probably not only old in age but also in experience. Yet this man before her looked so ruffled and speechless. She wasn’t sure if she found it adorable or odd. Maybe a bit of both.

“You alright, dear?” She finally asked with a smile when he looked like he was going to pass out.

“Sorry to disappoint you but I’m very much alive.” She chuckled a little and hoped it would break the tension a bit.

‘More often surprised. ‘He admitted, and fell against the chair nearest to him. ‘…I suppose asking ‘how’ is a little gitty..’

“Oh you can feel free to ask me anything you like.” She suddenly felt a bit nervous too and started fiddling with the rim of her shirt. “I was ten years old when the War began. My parents they… I guess they knew it won’t end well so they took my memories from me and made me human. Then they sent me to Earth.” Caeli now shoves her hand into the pocket of her trousers and pulls out a watch. “I opened it five years ago. When… when the Daleks moved the Earth.”

‘A-’ He paused, tilting his head to get a better look at her. ‘..You’re not a time lady. I don’t know which of me you’ve encountered, but i’m the last one. She’s a lady I met.’

“Yes dear I know that you think so. I didn’t thought there were any left either. I was sent to Earth when the war began. I lived most of my life as human but I’m a child of Gallifrey nevertheless.”

‘…No.’ He coughed in awkwardness, shoving his hands into his pockets. ‘..You’re supposed to have died!’ He didn’t know what he was feeling, but it wasn’t the dread, he felt when he met the master again. This was relief.

“Sorry to disappoint you but I’m very much alive.” She chuckled a little and hoped it would break the tension a bit.

She now furrows her eyebrows too. “No. But as a Time Lady I know the rules you won’t get anything out of me. And I was being honest when I said my name’s Caeli. Who is River?”

‘A-’ He paused, tilting his head to get a better look at her. ‘..You’re not a time lady. I don’t know which of me you’ve encountered, but i’m the last one. She’s a lady I met.’

‘You’ve met my..past-future Doctor then, ahm?’ He smiled, raising his eyebrow, very quite interested.

Oh you know I’m not allowed to give too many details, dear. *she lays a finger on her lips and smiles*

‘Spoilers..’ Ten furrowed his eyebrows, at her. ‘Is your name..perchance River?’

She now furrows her eyebrows too. “No. But as a Time Lady I know the rules you won’t get anything out of me. And I was being honest when I said my name’s Caeli. Who is River?”
